Lay-out, proper tags, design, and ease of navigation. There cannot be any "under construction" pages. We DO NOT review objectionable, porn, hate, or political web sites. You must have designed the web site yourself.

We don't claim our award to be the end all of awards. We only want to award good design and the correct use of web design tags. Our award is small and unobtrusive.
